Grown high in the northern Andes, Peru Cajamarca coffee comes from one of the country’s most renowned coffee regions. Nestled near the border of Ecuador, Cajamarca’s high elevations, cool nights, and nutrient-rich volcanic soil create ideal conditions for producing exceptional specialty coffee.
This coffee is typically grown by smallholder farmers, many of whom cultivate shade-grown, organically managed plots. The beans are often fully washed and sun-dried, preserving their clean and bright flavor profile.
